how to access sql server on windows small businness server 2003

Hello,

I have windows small business server 2003 premium installed, I can see the server service manager but can not start any service(nothing is listed).
How do I set it up?

I can not find the enterprise manager to create a database.

The Small Business Server 2003 comes with SQL Server 2000 for 75 users, ISA(internet security server) and Exchange 2003 also for 75 users, how to install the first two is covered below by Microsoft. Hope this helps.
